When you submit an order to Invitations4Less.com, either using our online ordering pages or any written media, we guarantee your order will be correct to your specifications with regards to quantities, spelling, typestyle, ink color, and specific instructions regarding set-up of wording on personalized items. We reserve the right to require a typeset proof at customer expense for any item with special set-up instructions and for personalized items with non-English language wording.
If there is any deviation from the agreed-upon set-up of your order, the incorrect portion of your order will be replaced at no additional cost to you.
Please contact us immediately for assistance in obtaining replacement of an incorrect order. Requests for replacement of items must be made within 10 days of receipt of the product. Shipping method for replacement items will be chosen at the discretion of the supplier replacing the product but will not be lesser than the method of shipment used for the original order.
Before completion of your order for personalized invitations or announcements, you will be offered the opportunity to request etiquette review by our trained customer service representatives. By requesting this service, you give the representatives of Invitations4Less.com, Inc. or the supplying printer your permission to make minor adjustments to your wording to comply with generally recognized etiquette standards. You have the option of requesting to approve all changes prior to printing.
Please note that a detailed receipt will be provided on the screen following checkout and by email on every online order for which a valid email address has been supplied. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the receipt immediately upon completion of an order through our online ordering “Wizard” and to immediately notify our customer service department of any changes needed. Failure to provide notification of changes immediately may result in the inability to make changes without additional cost incurred.
Invitations4Less.com, Inc. cannot be responsible for dissatisfaction not resulting from deviation from the submitted order.
Although we do our best to accurately describe the product, it is your responsibility to verify that the actual product will meet with your satisfaction prior to placing a full order. We strongly encourage you to order a sample of any printed or personalized item prior to placing your order.
For printed items, we will also be happy to assist you with choosing an appropriate ink or foil color for printing, including offering color samples upon request. We also offer the availability of typeset proofs for review of the set-up prior to full printing and recommend taking advantage of this service.
If there is an error on your part, we will be happy to work with you on a re-order of the same item and may be able to secure a small additional discount for the reprint. Please contact your customer service representative for assistance.
Orders may not be subject to cancellation. Please contact us as soon as possible if circumstances require cancellation on an order already placed. Cancellation fees or full order charges may apply depending on the status of the order process.
Personalized items may not be returned.
Non-personalized items may be returned within 45 days of delivery of your purchase. The refund or credit will be made at 80% of the original sales price of the merchandise only (to cover 20% restocking fee) and return shipping will be made at the customer’s expense. Please contact your customer service representative prior to returning the merchandise for instructions on handling the return. Returns without prior authorization will be refused.
